The AHS journal, Headache, is one of the most popular resources for headache specialists. Additionally, the organization arranges several conferences per year that allow American physicians to gather and discuss modern treatment approaches to migraine.

The institute, founded by Dr. Richard Gans, is an excellent education resource and his vestibular rehabilitation courses are highly recommended. Additionally, a computerized version of the dynamic visual acuity test and foam pads for balance testing can be purchased from the AIB website.

A very informative site, providing both information about vestibular testing and clinical information about vestibular and balance disorders. Probably one of the more content-rich resources on the net. Dr. Timothy Hain's most useful publications are listed here. Navigation through the site, however, can be somewhat confusing.

Also, they provide light and comfortable video goggles that are excellent for testing and treating patients with positional vertigo.
